How to make the smallest Caprese salad

Even though it is still early to harvest, you can still enjoy a fresh from the yard Caprese salad.

Ingredients:

6 ripe sungold tomatoes, halved
6 small basil leaves, halves
1 mozzarella stick, cut into 12 pieces
salt and pepper
balsamic vinegar
olive oil

Directions:


1. Stack cheese, basil, tomatoes
2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
4. Enjoy outside
