Kale with Bacon and Garlic

This earned immediate raves in the Snowgoose household.


4 slices bacon, chopped
2 lbs kale, coarsely chipped
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chicken stock


1. Cook bacon in a pan. Remove cooked bacon and set aside.
2. Cook Kale in same pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and chicken stock.
2. Transfer cooked kale to a dish. Add crumbled bacon and cheese.
