What I've been making

I've been making up my own recipes lately and cooking from the hip. Here are a sample of my experiments:

scalloped potatoes:

French toast "muffins"
Chicken and peppers fajitas
Cheesy polenta with tomatoes, shrimp and garlicky kale

Also on the menu but not pictured:
-Roasted pork loins
-Ground turkey and veggie lasagana
-Salmon with lemon and dill
